• Vehicle Database
  Track titles, vin's, buyer, seller, consignor. Record additional expenses, quotes, vehicle options, auto generated and user descriptions, image catalog, more...
   
• Multi User / Multi Dealer
  It can be used as a stand alone Single User system, or as a networked Multi User system on a LAN network. Connection wizard makes switching from dealer to dealer easy.
   
• Customer and Vendor database
  Track important information on Customer's, Vendor's, Consignor's
   
• Image Server
  Vehicle images can be stored in the Image Server directory. The software can then easily link vehicles in your inventory to the images so every user will have access to them.
   
• Quote Tracking
  You can create quotes that track by date, customer, stock number, and salesperson
   
• Customizable Bill Of Sale
  The software is bundled with a bill of sale template. You simply fill in the blanks with your dealership name, city, county, and state and you are ready to sell. You can also replace all the text with your own, should you require specific language.
   
• Forms and Reports
  Besides the forms and reports already included, when you pay your yearly license fee, additional forms or reports may be available. We are constantly updating the form and report area. Upgrade's are made available on a regular basis. We also take suggestions through our technical support.
